I am no stranger to drifting along in life, going from to job to job and always worried and stressed. I expected to find happiness and purpose, but a new job wouldn’t help me for long. I was stuck in my career, anxious and fearful of my next step.
It wasn’t easy getting unstuck and it took years but I found way out. I recently created the CARE Method that helps in my day to day life. You do not have to wait years to be unstuck.
I write and teach about becoming unstuck in life through journaling with C.A.R.E. and also using other unstuck life skills. Based on Acceptance and Commitment (therapy) Coaching. I am not a therapist or do therapy. I am a life coach and do coaching.

I created a system to use for myself and my peers which I call “The Self CARE Method”. Following the acronym CARE, my method is taken from CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), AC(T)C (Acceptance and Commitment (Therapy) Coaching), and Relaxation Response. It is a mashup of these various techniques.
C is for checking in with how you are doing and feeling. Rating your emotions.
A is for a radical acceptances. The goal is to defuse thoughts and emotions.
R is to return to present moment and practice mindfulness and relaxations techniques.
E is for exploring your values and purpose and deciding what a meaningful life looks like to you.
I have training as a life coach and education in human services. I also read a lot ( I am also a book addict) and learned a lot through books.
