Just look at the possibilities, if you could handle stress and anxiety yourself with ease and without feeling overwhelmed. If you work for it, you can live your life with less suffering and feelings of being overwhelmed.
Your thoughts and suffering does not need to change as much as your mindset and living out what has meaning for you, what you value in life, and the goals you set for yourself.
No one knows yourself better than you do. I stress feeling whole and living with meaning and purpose. You need to live the life you want, not what other people in your life want.
There are many times you need to withdraw and go inside yourself for a little while. You probably heard that mindfulness is too hard or is a religion.
